IIMS has a dynamic & dedicated Trainee Development Cell (TDC) of renowned professionals is a blend of youth and experience in all various disciplines. The trainers and mentors are well qualified, energetic and passionately committed to the all round development of trainees. They are all easily accessible and willing to help & guide an individual trainee. The TDC monitor their attendance, participation and performance as well. The trainers have worked hard at integrating our classroom training content through handouts, presentations, case studies etc. to provide a versatile learning experience to the trainees. They share best practices, subject matter tips, teaching methods, and more. Our curriculum experts review and select the best texts and teaching materials from leading publishers to create units, lessons, assignments and activities. We also develop our own high-quality study materials.
Trainees’ performance is assessed through class test, assignments, quizzes, class participation, mid-term paper and final examination to ensure highest academic standards as well as practical orientation. All Trainers are expected to pass strict internal guidelines of domain knowledge and capability. The trainees gain much experience from the strong academic background of trainers and mentors. Guest Lectures offer trainees a chance to interact with professionals from various fields. Their inputs enable our trainees to get insights into the corporate world. The IIMS also invites visiting and guest faculty members from leading institutions and organizations form different sectors. They provide training to them according to their careers prospective and the business world. This training provides them with a strong foundation to build, develop and manage teams. It also introduces them to the importance of Emotional Intelligence, in dealing effectively with people. The guest lectures are conducted in a very informal, interesting and interactive manner which give ample scope to trainees to interact with each other and face a wide variety of issues, topics, and situations that they are likely to come across as manager.
Our trainer and mentors are believe - "We can't build a great building on a weak foundation. We must have a solid foundation if we're going to have a strong superstructure". To make this into reality they start firm foundation of trainee from basic to advance.
Apart from the regular classroom lectures, presentation and case studies, the teaching process is complemented by trainees making presentations related to the research projects they prepare for each course. The trainer is handling the subject has a vast experience in the industry and the trainees have an advantage of getting first-hand knowledge of the practices, problems and solutions relating to the industry. Our training is imparted to fine-tune the trainee's attitudes, values, beliefs, motivation, desires, feelings, eagerness to learn, willingness to share and embrace new ideas, goal orientation, flexibility, innovative thinking, compassion, and communication, manners, and etiquette so that they will be able to deal with different situations diligently and responsibly. Continuous evaluation is being done through assignments, quizzes and class tests along with soft skills training to fine tune the trainees. Running parallel to the academic curriculum are Guest Lectures, organized frequently, which dwell upon developing authentic industry exposure. Leaders from across the industry conduct exclusive training and interactive sessions for the students which help the trainees strengthen their knowledge base and learn how to face complex problems. The trainees are exposed to the guest lectures, panel discussions, conferences, workshops with the best brains in the industry.
